You have to know that the OPC spezification is standardized. So the OPC UA Server and Client can be programmed in different programming languages or from different companies. So to say they "talk in OPC UA language."  If you have to use a java based OPC client (or write it by your own) you can use any other OPC UA Server that is abel to access S7300 PLCs (like the Siemens Simatic Net OPC Server).

The opc server has to be nothing to do with java.

Actually this my master thesis that i need to program the OPC UA client in java and that opc should contains java SDK.

And i dont know Whether the Simatic net OPC UA server support java and java SDK.

If you know any Siemens concerned person then you can share with me because first we test this server and then we buy the server for our one landfill site in Gummersbach

To obtain the Java stack from the OPC Foundation, you need to register on the site (you missed the link in my earlier post). This time, click on the Download link of the webpage below, fill out the registratuion form, and wait for the OPC Foundation to contact you back.

In my first post in this thread, I attached a list of hardware and software you might need for thus project.

The part numbers for the Simatic Net licenses Softnet S7 IE (either 8 or 64 S7 connections depending on the level of CP 343-1 you choose) are available in that table. You need to purchase a valid license from your nearest Siemens Rep.for this project.

-> Siemens has no free OPC UA Server. There are OPC UA Server in the HMI Runtime Components of TIA Portal like Adcanced Runtime, Professional Runtime and Comfort Panels. But to use you also need a Runtime License. But just to test it should work without License also.

As already mentioned, your best bet is always your nearest Siemens representative. 

If you have no idea who that could be in your location, open the "Contacts and Partners" link at the right of this page and find the country/city closest to you. 

The Siemens team should have someone who can help you select the exact product you need,  or they will accès help from the Siemens support technicians.
