Open html page or jpg image from network on KTP700 Basic 2nd generation

Hi,

I'd like to access in a shared folder in a smart camera connected on general switch.
One camera, one PLC CPU 1214C and one basic panel KTP700 Basic are connected to a general switch.
The PLC IP address is 192.168.1.10.
The KTP700 Basic address is 192.168.1.11.
The Camera IP address is 192.168.1.21.

If I build a project with following URL "\\192.168.1.21\shared\test.html"
And if I run the simulation on Win7, all work fine

But, If I download it on KTP700, the error 301 appears (see pdf attached)
Can I solve this problem?

Also try with HTML browser control of HMI by providing require URL of camera.

I have already followed these instructions: the proper sharing and  security at network path folder is ok. I have these problems yet. I have a Basic panel; I have not a Comfort panel.
An Italian support tell me that the basic panel runs on Linux and the sharing is possible only with two Windows device connected. It seems very strange for me. I can't believe it.
I already try with HTML browser control of HMI by providing require URL of camera: "\\192.168.1.21\shared\test.html" is a path on the smart camera (Windows based)

Can you suggest me other solution?

If I try to open a html page from USB stick putting  "/media/usb/USB_X60.1/..." on URL so the html page appears properly but I don't need that

As said by Support team, sharing is not permitted for HTML browser for Basic second generation panel.

See the attached screen shot of TIA Portal help.

If it is IP based Camera then , Have you tried by putting IP of camera in URL of HTML browser?

like, URL: http:// 192.168.1.21

One more suggestion i haven't tried but may be you can create small user defined web page in PLC web page to access your URL( put your URL\\192.168.1.21\shared\test.html in User defined web page).Then open the PLC web page in HTML browser of HMI by providing IP address of PLC and navigate to user defined web page.

I found a solution.

I created a small web server in the camera and so I open a html page linking images inside. Thank you very much for your attention. Kind regards.
