ChristophD Grandmaster-Expert Joined: 5/12/2006 Last visit: 4/24/2025 Posts: 22624 Rating: (3061)	Hello, start TIA click on migrate project (portalview) or menu project -> migrate (projectview) navigate to the Scout project folder, subfolder u7 and select the MCP file activate the checkbox "include HW Config" specify the path where the migratet project shopuld be stored click ok to start migration Regards Christoph

I tried to migrate and based on error description I use s7p file to migrate instead of mcp file. During migration process some error occurred. Could you please provide some idea on error description. 1. The device "SIMOTION D(2)" has been replaced by an unspecified CPU. Please specify this CPU. 2. DCC chart (SERVO_DRIVES/MOMOTOGGLE) cannot be migrated. DCC is not supported in SIMOTION SCOUT TIA. With refers to Error 2 I believe we can not use CFC in SCOUT TIA? In such case CFC program of previous backup will be lost? Thanks in advance. Regards, DK

Message 1 lock that the Simotion D is not know in TIA! Message 2 mean correct that CFC is not supported an dproject can not be migrated, first you must remove the CFC in the Scout project. I've installed SCOUT V5.2 SP1 & SCOUT TIA V5.2 SP1 along with TIA V15 and S7 V5.6. I can open my project in SCOUT classic without any error but could not migrate in SCOUT TIA. Remove CFC from the project means all the logic which I've prepared in CFC in SCOUT classic can not be migrate/use in SCOUT TIA? Regards, DK
