Open some *.pdl with "Widows object" - "Button" in a new window?

Is it possible to open some *.pdl with "Widows object" - "Button" in a new window, not in the same where that button was? And how can I adjust the size of that opened window? I don't want that window accros whole screen... Tnx nikola
