Open Windows explorer and open TIA Portal project with button in runtime

I'm making a project that have some buttons, one of the buttons should open the windows explorer (libraries). and the other button should open the current TIA Portal project that is connected to the runtime where the button is in.

I tried several times with the StartProgram("C:\Windows\explorer.exe", etc,etc,etc) function but that didnt work.

I know in WinCC v7.2 you could use OpenExplorer(); to open the windows explorer and useProgramExecute("WinCCExplorer.exe"); to open the WinCC explorer.

Can somebody please help me with some examples and such????
