Opening a s5 project (no PX.ini)

mbarrett87 Posts: 65 Rating: (0)	Hi all Currently im trying to open an S5 project, i need ot be able to convert the project to a RSlogix application so i need to be able to view the rungs / tags etc... i was supplied with three files form my client FRIGOSZO.SEQ FRIGOSST.S5D FRIGOSST.S5D.BAK I have opened my step five application, set my .s5d file under blocks and my .seq file under symbols, it also generated an xr.ini file for me, when i go to project and load, it tries to open FRIGOSPX.INI, which i do not have? i ahve not worked with Step5 before, am i doing this all wrong?

Azteke0110 Posts: 376 Rating: (56)	Hello mbarrett87, I think the conversion of the file FRIGOSST.S5D after theformat Rockwell softwarecannot be carried out with the Siemens STEP 5 software. This function is not known to me in the software STEP 5. I think you should consult the Technical Support of Rockwell.
