We have a server-client project and, now, our customer wants to know which operator acknowledge each message in the alarm list. I've tried some options in WinCC and looked for other post with this subject, but without any success. Do you know if it's possible? Thanks, Zerbati

The problem is that WinCC does not change the username between alarm incoming and alarm acknowledgement events! However there is a nice solution posted atthis link
