Good day,

We are currently operating in a domain environment with redundancy servers and an engineering station. Previously, our engineers were able to successfully download projects to the OS server without issues. However, we are now encountering a problem when attempting to download, and receive the following error message: "An error occurred while downloading to the target system," as shown in the attached screenshot.

Could someone with experience in this matter kindly assist us in resolving this issue?

are you uploading the project to the OS server as a Zap file or using the "Save As" function? If you get the error message when archiving, first archive your project locally on your hard drive before transferring the project to the OS server. You can first save the entire project folder to the hard drive (using "Save As"), then compress and archive it in Windows Explorer using a zip program, and then transfer the archive to the OS server.

If that doesn't help, delete your project's IM folder and try again. Information about this can be found in the FAQ:
