andre_guerra Posts: 31 Rating: (0)	Hi all. Im recently new to wincc, and im trying to work with OSProject Editor, to use the template that it creates. But when i build a new project (after ordenating the pictures in the picture tree manager), in the runtime, when i click in the arrow to display the picture tree navigator window, it doesn't apear. I must be making some wrong configuration in OS Project Editor, because some time ago i've tryed this and the window apeared. Can you help me?? Thank you. Regards A. Guerra

andre_guerra Posts: 31 Rating: (0)	I have V6.0 SP4 Hotfix2. I don't have instaled Basic Process Control separated, but i think it comes with the V6.0 SP$, otherwise i think the Picture Tree Manager and the OS Project Editor wouldn't be acessible. It appens with every new project. I don't know what's wrong, because i've tryed last week in the same PC and with the same Wincc version and the Picture Tree Navigator Window always have apeared, but now it don't. Hope you can help me. Thank's

Nemo Posts: 3149 Rating: (171)	Hi ok, if this has already worked before, perhaps the installation is causing the trouble. Did you install any software on this PC meanwhile? Could you please attach WinCC log files and a screenshot of your authorization license manager? Please add a screenshot of WinCC > OS > Computer > Computer Properties > register "Startup". nemo

I have 2 screens named Group2.pdl and Group1.pdl that were screens created by me and are the two main containers in the picture tree manager. Maibe the screens that are missing are the screens that sould be created by OS Project Editor. I have no ideas how to fix this. Meanwhile im going to reinstal the Wincc. Do you have any ideas why this is hapenning. Thank you for your help.

andre_guerra Posts: 31 Rating: (0)	Ok, i've created two pictures named @PTN_Group2.pdl and @PTN_Group1.pdl and when i click in the arrow to open the picture tree navigator window in the runtime it opens a window displaying that pictures. Is the OS Project Editor creating the pictures worng, or am i doing anithing wrong when i run OS Project Editor?

Nemo Posts: 3149 Rating: (171)	Hi, did you check in OS Project Editor > register "message display" > Group display hierarchy > Create/update group display"? Then you should run picture tree manager (with all entries set in "options") => save picture tree nemo
