OS Re-Install of CPU 315-2DP(6ES7 315 2AG10 0AB0)

My problem is that when i start my machine input I0.0 is always detected high (1) without any signal. When i use same MMC with other CPU system run perfect. So i think there is some issue with my CPU Opertaing System. So i want to Re-Install its OS, but i dont know how to do it. Request you all to support ASAP. Thanks & Regard's
