there has been work on the SIOS system for some time. And last weekend, SIOS was moved to the cloud. As a result, there can be severe limitations with SIOS. But that should be fixed by noon tomorrow or by Wednesday at the latest. If it is still not possible, I recommend contacting Technical Support again.

Could you indicate when I could download? because it does not update me for more than I try several days.

the cloudification of SIOS/ Product Support did not take place at the beginning of September. It was done on Saturday befor your post.
