Other to access my DB

As I understand if other shall have access to the DB, from scada for example, they need it to be the "s7-300" DB. But if I specify the DB as s7-300 compatible I must specify all adresses as retentive. Is there any solution for this? Or do I have to have two DBs, one for my project and one that will be able to send to scada?

Denilson Pegaia Platinum Expert Joined: 9/23/2005 Last visit: 9/27/2023 Posts: 4237 Rating: (1366)	Hi, non optimized DB (i.e. standard DB, compatible with S7-300) could be retentive too, but as whole. The suggestion is to split the DB in two, using standard DBs: one for retentive data, and otherone to non retentive data.
