Outgoing Alarm Expalanation

Humble_learnee22 Posts: 40 Rating: (0)	Hello All, Could someone please explain what an outgoing alarm actually is? I understand that an alarm is incoming and that it can be acknowledged, but does it become an outgoing alarm if it disappears from the alarm log screen after being acknowledged. What makes an alarm outgoing? In addition, why are the HMI alarm incoming, acknowledged, and outoing settings overlapped? I'm using TIA portal version 13.0 only. Thank You, Humble_learnee22
