Output Cam configuration in S7-1500 with ET-200SP timer module

Hello!!!

I have configured output cam using timer module ,its working.

but in my application i need manual and auto operation 

for example channel 0 (timer module output) is connected to cylinder forward with start and end position its working (auto mode )

i need to switch on cylinder forward without any start and end position (if i press push button its should forward)

can i use same channel 0 output for auto and manual operation ?

 "OutputCam_1_Interface_Address" Q0.0 can i use this address during manual mode operation ?
