Outputs don't work

Hello evryone !

We got a project machine from another company whit a LOGO! Controller in it (6ED1 052-1HB00-0BA5) and 2 expansion modules (6ED1 055-1CB10-0BA0) .

In this configuration we have 24 Inputs in total , 4 power outputs on the controller and 16 outputs on the expansion's .

I can see all the inputs in online mode getting high and also the outputs but when i meassure on the output i don't get any Volt's on none of them .

Even the first 4 (Q1..Q4) don't close when i'm trying them .

The machine worked in the past in the other company but lost his program because of being to long switched off .

Does anyone has a suggestion what the problem can be ?

The basic module used has relay outputs, the expansion modules have transistor outputs.

Without being even at the harware it's bad to give advice.

If the date and time is in the display AND the logo is running;

Press on the cursor Left, ore the cursor Right. The you see the actual inputs outputs and markers of the LOGO. Thus the signals that are working in the programm, and the status of all the inputs of the LOGO.

If you dont want to show us the programm than we can not help you more.

@ ixo65 i understand its difficult but maybe someone knows what the problem can be .

Are the date and time important for it ? 

The logo is running and i see the program running in online mode (whit the glasses like in S7) and i see inputs getting high and also the outputs .

I can't show you the program now because i dont have it whit me its on my job , but its actualy very simple when I1 .. I21 are high output Q5 gets high when this isn't and I22 is high then output Q6 gets high and when output Q6 is longer then 5 sec's high then output Q7 gets high and this can be reseted whit I22

But it isn't in the program i made a test where i just forced evry output and none of them works . 

You can make a new very simple programm that set al the outputs ON and download it to the LOGO

If that dont work, your LOGO has been broken....

I hear for the first time since a program the digital outputs not switched to the relay when the internal clock is not set.
According to your statement, you were indeed in online mode to see the outputs on high.

I also have an old 0BA5 230VAC and because the relays switched, whether the internal clock is set or not.
