Overheating the device during use

Hi everyone, 

I've been a problem with an IoT2050 with temperature, when I'm using the IoT2050 getting too hot reaching 53°C, even after some time of natural ventilation and I am afraid that this damaged the hardware, because a while later it went offline. 

What should I do?
