eregibispo Posts: 15 Rating: (0)	Hello everyone. I'm a newbie with TIAPortal v11 and i'm trying to write a simple program in SCL language. My problem is concerning the classics "P" and "N" contacts: i don't know how to create them in SCL. Can somebody help me? Many thanks.

But I don't understand why there aren't specific library commands for these very simple and "abused" instructions! Many thaks.

hdhosseini Diamond Expert Joined: 1/28/2009 Last visit: 1/8/2025 Posts: 6858 Rating: (1366)	Hello , As far as I have used SCL for complex calculation or control algorithm, it is my concern to avoid utilizing same functions which are common in LAD/STL/FBD editor.Timers, Counters and Edge detection function can be recreated by simple set of codes and this makes your algorithm applicable in other Hardware platforms independent of programming language.
