this is a paramter in the sinamics and can be found in the expertlist of the drive objects.

to switch on and operate the drive this paramter must be 0

sorry, is hard to understand what your problem is exactly.

you should never put it to 1!

If this parameter is 1 after a download then anything is wrong with the configuratzion and you should control the alarm tab and the config of your system.

first you should give use more Information about the Drive System you use (Sinamics S or Sinamics G)?
Which motor you use?
Have you configuration the Drive System and Motordata in the STARTER?
Have you download the configuration to the target without errors?
