HI,

I am having a pack & go backup given by OEM that was created in TIA WINCC V14sp1 with image version v12.0.0. So when I try download it using pack&go the message comes  is "Transfer Failed" in pack n go window.

So, i Simulated the conditions using TIA v14 sp1. created a dummy pack n go backup for TP700Comfort for Image versions. v12.0.0, v13.0.0, v14.0.0. After trying found similar issue with v12.0.0 image. whereas, it asked for downgrading the image in V13.0.0 & V14.0.0 pack n go( Communication established ).

So, i thought there might be some problem in v14 sp1. so i installed TIA Wincc V12 & Simulated the conditions using TIA v12 sp1. created a dummy pack n go backup for TP700Comfort for Image versions. v12.0.0. but problem remained same.

Can any one Help in this regard???

Mode:-EthernetIP-192.168.0.2HMI-TP 700 Comfort (Image version V15.0.0) {Out of Box}

Split from Pack & go does not work with TIA V13.
