Dear Alex,

I am facing same problem in TP700 Comfort to download PackNGo file, (PackNGo file is generated from TIA 13 Basic)

.NET framework with version 4.5

ProSave V15.1 and Display in Transfer mode,

both are installed in system and there is no any error, but not download,

when i tray to backup through ProSave the its showing a connection error,

Kindly give any solution regarding this,

Problem solved.

For PackNGo application it is necessary:

• .NET framework with version 4.5
• ProSave
• Display should be in Transfer mode

what is the current FW version of the panel? It might me necessary to downgrade it first (load FW version which was used for PackNGo).
