The panel and the PLC have the same time zone.

The time zone of the panel is configured in his "Date and time" settings.

The time zone of the PLC is configured in the CPU properties in the parameter "Time of day".

The PLC takes the hour with the "WR_SYS_T" block (I don't know if this affects the time zone setting).
