Hi, yes check Device Manager in Windows. If there is a problem with the device you can download the Driver at the following link: https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/ww/de/view/78453460 Regards, Towome |

Hi again, hmm, perhaps everything will work again after initialization of you interface. Please check the following FAQ with a step for step manual. How do you generally parameterize the PG/PC interface and how do you ensure that the device driver can be selected and is visible?Hope this helps, Regards, Towome |
