you have WinCC on PC? What version of OS, WinCC? If your WinCC is on PC and you want use your PC Adapter as connection adapter to PLC Profibus port, I think not possible. You need CP card on PC attached.

look, if you heard it's possible you can make tests without problems, better you have HW available. I'm doubt use here <classic> PC adapter as bridge between WinCC and PLC. Other case is special CP card prepared for this attached to PC, also CP5711 can be used for this solution in my opinion. What I was made some tests long time before (same PC adapter as yours) but with Prodave SW and C++ SDK - created my application, it was working ok via MPI (speed 187.5) but you have WinCC SW SCADA version. Make tests. Other info what can I give you is speed of Profibus, here pay attention to max. speed of selected Profibus Profile because this PC Adapter is not full Profibus speed capable.

The USB PC Adapters are not supported from WinCC, the only USB PROFIBUS Adapter is the CP5711!
