need your help in establish connection with PC adapter, 6ES79720CB200XA0.

when connected to my pc, windows7 64bits, the device not working properly and detect error code31.

i'm try to update the driver but fail.

2ndly, why does my PG/PC Interface properties can't have full access in setting station parameters.

disconnect all communication connections to PLC or other devices.

uninstall the pc adapter usb driver from add/remove programs in control panel. restart your pc.

reinstall the driver cd and try again...

Does this PC have SIMATIC Manager installed?

Have you installed the driver of your PC adapter?

Have you tried another USB port?

Can you confirm whether LEDs on Adapter are getting ON or not!

Does your PC detect the device after connected to USB port!
