Hi to all

On my standard project i use TP1200/1500 comfort panel and CPU3152dp. usually i can develop the project test it with PLCsim and finally, when i transfer the project to CPU the project work on th epanel without problem, and more i'm able to run the HMI project on my PC connected to CPU and see all the values and alarm like the HMi control panel.

A customer now want to use for a plant not the HMI panel, but the Siemens PC IPC647D PN/IE

I do the conversion from comfort panel to PC without problem. For a moment i don't have the Siemens PC available, so i test the project from my develop PC station

When i use PLCsim it work without problem, but if i try to use my pC on a real 315CPU, the project don't work. No comunication and all fields on HMi pages are #####.

The ethernet adress of cpu is 192.168.113.1 and the ethernet adress of projected PC is 192.168.113.2

From my PC i can "ping" the CPU. Anyone have some ideas why comunication don't work? In

attached a picture of comunication configuration i do.

What is the status of CPU?

All blocks downloaded?

CPU coming in Run mode?

Any Error in diagnostic buffer?

Check your PLC connection using NCM S7 on both side.

The project now work also on real CPU and not just PLCsim

First of all, off course the CPU was in RUN mode all the blocks are down, and comunication with my PC working (i was able to ping CPU and also to be online with TIA poortal)

Here the step i do, in case could be helpfull for someone other.

1)In device configuration i have completely delete the Profinet connection from CPU and HMI

2) using the arrow pointer of mouse, i drag a new connection from PLC to HMI. A new connection "HMI_Connection_1" is automatically created.

3)Now all variables of project point to old connection that don't exist (it showed in red) and i replace the old connection with new one, automatically created, for each variables.

4)I Rename the new connection like my previous old connection compile the project and on this way the project work.

When i have the trouble i do a procedure little bit different:

3)Now all variables of project point to old connection that don't exist (it showed in red) so i rename the new connection with the name of old connection

4) All variables is not anymore red i compile the project, but the project don't work.

The thing that make me little bit crazy was that with PLCsim the project was working, but with real cpu no.

Did you check the PG/PC Settings on your IPC? Did you choose the right interface?
