PC black screen

This can last several minutes. When I have that black screen, I see the taskbar in a DOS window "C: \ WINDOWS \ Microsoft.NET \ Framework \ v2.0.50727 \ csc.exe" Do you have a solution?

Net Framework 3.0 Service Pack 2 Mircosoft. Net 3.5 Framework SP1 I also installed Protool V6.0 + Service Pack 3

Does Protool work properly? Best regards, Hristo Mihalev My colleague on his console ProTool. He did not have any problems so it does not come from Protool
