Find the details as shown below

	Processor	RAM	Graphics (minimum)
Minimum PC/PG Hardware	Core Duo, 2 GHz or comparable	2 GB	1280x1024
RecommendedPC/PG Hardware with 32 Bit Operating System	Core i5, 2,4 GHz or comparable	3 GB	1280x1024
RecommendedPC/PG Hardware with 64 Bit Operating System	Core i5, 2,4 GHz or comparable	8 GB	1280x1024

If you are using TIA Portal V11 SP2 or higher, you can use Windows 7-64 bit, and I would suggest 8 GB of RAM as a good start. 500 GB of drive space is properly a starting point as well.
