PC/PG?

Hello :)

My components:

• CPU 315-2 PN/DP
• IM151-1 Standard with 4AI 2WIRE

Connection CPU-IM with profibus.

Which PC/PG interface do I have to set?

I also have a Bus Failure on my IM. Could the PC/PG be the cause?

 It is not very clear, what you are looking for - PG/PC setting has no relation with Bus Fault.

IF you have the above hardware ( IM151 connected to CPU 315-2 PN/DP on PROFIBUS ),
Bus fault comes if CPU configuration and actual hardware / address does not match or physical cabling is not OK.

You require PG/PC setting in the Programming unit based on how you are connected to the CPU.
( Ethernet or PROFIBUS ). 

Please explain your problem in more detail.

I've managed to set the PC/PG interface right. But the problem is the connection itself. Now I'm using a IBH Link S7 to try and solve the problem...

So this threat s not solved, but I'm trying to solve it.

why don't answer questions?

If you connect the PC directly to the profibus betweene the PLC and IM the SF error can occure depends on the connectors and termination settings you have.

Her ou better use the Ethernet Port of the PLC to connect the PC , then the PROFIBUS is not disturbed from the PC.

That's what I did, but the SIMATIC manager couldn't connect to the CPU. Now, I'm trying to push trough via a IBH link S7++ connector, but it doesn't seem to do the trick...
