what exactly you mean?
Do you want to use the PC as HMI Station? Then you must only install WinCC Runtime (Advanced or Professional) on the PC and load it from the engineering Station.

do you mean the XDB File?
This can be done in the Station manager , for that SIMATIC NEt must be installed.

If you mean the compiled WinCC RT then start WinCC RT , seldt the path to the copied data and start the rt with this data.

the mcx file is generated from the Engineering system and running on the RT.

RT can't generate any file, it only open the generated mcx from the es and display it!

I would like to ask a more basically question:

-> Do you need a Simatic Net Installation on the Runtime System?

-->> Its because if you do not use any simatic Net Components like special CPs, Simatic Net OPC Server, any kind of Soft PLC...

then you do not need a simatic Net installation and you also do not need to transfer the PC Station configuration to the Component configurator.

So if you only want to run the WinCC Advnaced RT you can deactivate the use of XDB Configuration in your PC Station in TIA Portal and use the Access Point S7ONLINE. Its much more easy  then otherwise.
