PC477B touch function disable/lost

Hi to all Expert here!

I hope you can help me with this problem.

We have PC477B touch panel of which it experience a power interruption causing its touch function to lost or was disabled when it was turned on. I try to recalibrate the screen but no effect, problem was still the same.

Is anyone of you experts can give me any idea how to resolve this problem. We already have 3 units of PC477B having this problem.

Yes, we use mouse to PC477B but not sufficient when it comes to response/reaction of our operators to process unlike having a touch function.
