PC477B touch panel, find compatible printers

I have a problem regarding PC477B touch panel, since we are now trying to find compatible printers for this model but could not find one. I would very thankful if you could give me some links where to find compatible printers for it. We plan to connect printer using LAN cable going to data cabinet to scalance. I have tried HP deskjet 1515 model using USB as bus though it prints, still there is a pop-up message that says " printer is not connected or not compatible". I have tried also using this set-up Wincc RT on my PG getting data from data cabinet which is also connected to scalance then at the same time my PG to printer using wifi. It works on printing reports but I need a set-up from PC477b to scalance to data cabinet to printer. Overall this is missing to our set-up: PC477B > scalance > data cabinet > Printer(?) I badly needed the type of printer which is compatible to my set-up. I hope you could give me the best one. By the way I will be using this printer for printing shift report coming from PC477B wincc rt. Hello Jhon, I suppose your IPC is on Windows XP embedded. Did you install the driver of your printer on your IPC? The only driver I found is for Windows XP, so I don't know if it works on embedded version. By default, WinCC flexible runtime print on the default printer, so you need to select your printer as the default one. Maybe this link will help you. Yes, you are right our IPC is on windows XP embedded. Is there a difference between installing printer driver to windows XP and on an embedded type?

As you mentioned HP printer -> there is a HP Universal Driver for Windows XP Embedded. I believe that will not have a problem with WinCC FL once the printer is properly installed.
