PCS7 ES license

Zing Regular Member Joined: 3/28/2012 Last visit: 3/14/2023 Posts: 10 Rating: (0)	When downloading to the PLC (AS), I get an error message: "The license available is not sufficient for the configured process objects(66). Please upgrade to another license or . . ." (see attachment) I have installed on the ES: 6ES76585AB170YA5 SIMATIC PCS 7, SOFTWARE ENGINEERING V7.1 (AS/OS: PO 1000) FLOATING LICENSE F.1 USER E-SW, WITHOUT SW AND DOCU. LICENSE KEY ON USB STICK and I'm not sure, but I think this error started when we the count went over 600 PO. Can someone please explain why I'm getting this error, when I have a 1000 PO license installed? And if I have to upgrade, what upgrade to get? The upgrade 1000->2000 PO seems excessive, especially since I don't have 1000 PO yet. Attachment S7Download.JPG (143 Downloads)

Thunderstorm Gold Expert Joined: 10/26/2011 Last visit: 3/14/2023 Posts: 766 Rating: (186)	Hello, did you transfer some POs to the CPU few days before and did you do a CPU compile with master reset, than the POs are overwritten. Befor you do this, you have to book back the POs to the Engieering Station.
