Hi Dilipan, I am afraid you cannot test this with PLCSIM... The way it works is, whenever there is an interruptthe IM_DRV (FB90)block is processed (in OB1 and OB40). IM_DRV reads the message buffer in the IM and transfers it tothe ALARM_8P and this in turn triggers a message in the OS. With PLCSIM you are just triggering the processing of OB40 that is, IM_DRV, and this is not enough to trigger the message. It is explained quite well in the IM_DRV help, an extract of which is attached. Probably we can externally manipulate the data record for triggering the message but that'll defeat the whole purpose of your test. Regards AttachmentIM_DRV.pdf (281 Downloads) |
