PCS7 V6.0 Simatic Logon

Doherty Posts: 1 Rating: (0)	One of my OS clients no longer gives user rights. Logon is accepted through the domain, but username does not appear, logon is not logged in archive, no navigation is possible. When Simatic Batch is opened, user rights are fine in Batch. I have reloaded Simatic Logon Service V1.1, run WinCC adapter, and rebooted, but stillnot working. This was working at one time. Anyone with any ideas?? Thanks, Joe

April Posts: 1776 Rating: (95)	Hi, check the FAQ http://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/view/en/21979624 especially Why is a user assigned to the "Emergency Operator" group when logging on in WinCC RT? If the usergroupsare not exactly the same in Windows and WinCC then You get this proplem. Then You dont have the permissions. Display the name may be solved with the OS Project-editor Layout Display "Username" or "User ID" Hope thats Your solution April
