PCS7 version 7.0 OS download

We are using in the plant PCS 7.0 with redudant server and two operator station. Normally when I do picture changes in the engineering workstation using wincc I frist compile it "changes" and check for error. If there are no errors the next procedure is to OS download. In this picture I usually click on "changes" but recently I can't select this option now. The only available option is "download the entire wincc project". 1) Can you help me resolve what causes this prolem? 2) What will happen if ichose to download the entire wincc project? it will affect the plant operation? are all the archives data will be affected? or the status of the valve will be set to default? or it will be the same only changes will be refelected in the operator station? If its a reduntact Server and one is not working, you have changed directly on Server(not gracs) startup parameter . Then It will get disabled. You can do entire download. During Entire download , wincc will deactivate and activate automatically. And the clients following the server will lose the data till it reactivate again after the download. It means that if I download the entire winncc project it will not lossed the previouse data? The previouse data will remain the same and the last previouse values (e.g if the valave is currently close) when client will not be affected? I guest what I'm trying to say is if the wincc client deactivate and activate after the download the last value in the process are still the same or will not be affected? Regards,

During that period you couldn't monitor anything via HMI. But during activation, if any scripts running on background (global script) that may cause problem. (Trigger based on wincc startup)
