Dear Experts, The time in WinnCC at the time of Alarm occurance and in the Trende configured is mismatching with the system time. I have configured the time to UTC configurations but the timing still does not match the exact system time. Is there anything that could be done. My second issue is,in Step 7 positive and negative edge detectors are available. Is anything like that available in CFC as the application of the same could be done only using pulse timers. I have a third issue with alarm storage generated. What is the procedure to store all the alarms generated in a weeks time and display it in a notepad/wordpad/word documanr format? The same should take place week after week. Please help me with these issues. Thanks in advance. |

Dear Experts, This is really a darn late reply, but the issue withthe time has been resolved. The time offset was 5.5 hrs and this was solved by changing the properties of the CP 443-1. Right click on the CP and go to it's object properties. Under this an option by the name "Time of Day Synchronization" can be found. Select the text boxwith the text, "Activate NTP time-of-day-synchronization". The drop down box against "Time Zone" gets enabled and from this drop down box the appropriate time zone based on the location can be chosen (GMT + 5:30 hrs was chosen and the alarms were ocuring based on the events that came up). But one issue still persists, which is the generation of reports and the exporting of data to MicrosoftExcel. It would be great if help is provided on that. Thanks in advance and hoping to serve better. Grim Reaper. |
