PCStation XDB file

I have now made a new XDB file with SIMATIC NCM PC Manager and PC Station Wizard but can not download it. Error message say No contact with station manager index 125, etc. I have also tried to import a new XDB file with Station Configuration Editor but that failed,, and I ended up with a PCStation that now looks empty. The Station Configuration Editor does not show any component anymore. How is the corrct way of dowloading the new configuration? Alternativ, how can I delete the existing PCStation and create a new one? Thank you for any answer, as I have a system that must be up and running again very quicly.
