PDIAG - Message configuration using $$

I am trying to configure messages in PDIAG from my symbol table, I am using the following substitutes; $$s$$ Symbol $$c$$ Comment $$a$$ Address The Symbol & Address are brought in correctly but the Comment isn't? I get this error; Error 4045:85 The message text "xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx" contains formal addresses whitch cannot be replaced. Thanks for your help :)
