Good day

i have tried to install PDM 9.2 version 2 on windows 10 Pro 64bit. The application works in demo mode as the licence manager is not working. It presents the following error 

Simatic Logon service cannot be opened. 

Please asssist as to what I am to do to rectify this situation.

PC has no other applications running on it ( new).
