I don't find information for this function and I think that it is a especial function for the module6ES5241-3DA12. I hope that you can help me. Thanks.

Because you cannot connect the IP241 to a 1500 CPU. You will have to search first an alternative for this positionning based upon a ultrasonic position encoder. An write the corresponding application software. The S7-1500 has motion control features.
