The only thing I understand is this: You want to determine the on-time of a pulse generator from 0-60s via a setpoint adjuster. The pause time shall result from the difference "60s - x = y", where x = on-time and y = pause-time. With the pulse encoder then a digital output should be controlled. Is this correct?

These rounding errors occur because the LOGO! can only fixed point arithmetic.
