PG PC interface not showing interfaces

I have installed step 7 but pg/pc interfaces are not shown, I have installed and uninstalled several times, run ccleaner, etc. and still no interfaces shown, I have seen some other topics in the forum saying that it should be removed one directory /ProgramData/siemens/automation/Simatic OAM/data and execute s7epaIMP64x.exe but not success..

I have windows 7 64 bits.

During installation it is shown the message s7oiehsx64.exe couldnt be loaded

I am really desperate, can someone help me?

 I uninstalled all software and reinstall and since then pg/pc interface not displays any device.

1-How do you uninstall STEP 7 completely, including all the software packages?

2-How do you generally parameterize the PG/PC interface and how do you ensure that the device driver can be selected and is visible?
