PID Compact v 1.2, firmware 2.2 1214C 6ES7214-1BE30-0XB0, PID stay in manual

Michal_Skalecki Posts: 1 Rating: (0)	Hello I am a beginner of using S7-1200. I have a big problem with PID Compact block. I am using 1.2 version of PID Compact block, firmware version of PLC is the highest 2.2. My CPU is 1214C 6ES7214-1BE30-0XB0. With PID Compact controller I control valve. Somethimes I have to switch PID Compact block to manual mode and then I change valve by myself. And then starts my problems with PID ..... Not always after switching from manual to auto mode PID does not start making calculation. Manual/Enable input of course is 0 and unfortunatelly status of PID controller is 4 (manual). I really do not why is happening. The status should be 3 (auto) and output of PID block should change. Please take a look on picture. Attachment 1.jpg (536 Downloads)
