Hello, I think one of your problem is your analog input. SINAMICS G: Axis positioning with the "SINA_POS" block There is a example with a 1200 an a GXX. Hope this is helpful regards |

Hello, the basic positioner is not available for G120C, therefore telegram 111 is not available as well. I think what you are trying to realize is an encoderless positioning. Please have a look at SIMATIC S7-1200 / 1500: Encoderless Positioning with SINAMICS G. You could also use your external linear encoder to check wheter the positioning without motor encoder is done correctly. Hope that helps! |
With best regards, |

Hi, I suggest to use the integrated postioning functionality whithin the CPU 1500. I think that the programming and optimisation is quite simple compared to an own PI(D) - controller. For the analog encoder I suggest to take a look to the application example https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/de/en/view/109741575 There is explained how to use an analog encoder (e.g potetiometer) -> function block "SimpleEnc". regards bb |
