PID goes in to inactive mode when i download to the system

I have read your all references regarding with PID and PID problems. I am facing Problem of " PID goes in to inactive mode when i download to the system but it happens not each and every time. after i connect PLC with my PG and again i am activating PID manually. but this is not acceptible to client. He want some fixed solution for this. I have allready taken care to filtering my input in valid range. that is I am scaling my temperature 0-100 for 4-20 ma and count of plc 5530-27648 . adjustment made for 4-20 instead of 0-20 mA. and for pid I am using Input val in between 1-99 by using simple comparator instructions.and I am moving 3 - to "PID compact . sRet_i_mode" after my pid instruction but still it goes in Inactive mode. will you tell me anything fix solution? i have seen your signal filtering block it is just take care for invalid values. but in my case there is no chance of invalid val to PID block. I can not find your Reset pid block i download it but did not find some thing in it will you send this to me as well as please give me fixed solution.
