PID output always shows 100%(27648)

I thing is the most confused function ever been.After three days triales finaly i had a successful tuning .But what next?Where to save the new values of gain,Ti,Td,because if i download the project (after the tunning hase finished ) all these values geting the start values and i have to delead all the PID instructions and start from the beginning.And how to start PID compact with out using pretuning or tuning mode? And how to run commissing procedure from an HMI? My application is a steam propotional valve drived by an air traduser (4-20mA to 6-18 psi) and in the exit of the valve is a pressure switch (0-10bar to 4-20mA). I set manual value on 600 and did reset to PID block but retain the same... Any one knows whats wrong with the parameter setting?
