PID Pretuning problem

selim33 Posts: 17 Rating: (1)	Hi, i work pid for control oil pomp driver, input is flowmeter (4-20 mA).When it is working in automatic everything is good, but i cant make pretuning, and its give error and dont start pretuning.anybody can help about it? Attachment pretuning.zip (137 Downloads)

Denilson Pegaia Platinum Expert Joined: 9/23/2005 Last visit: 11/19/2024 Posts: 4353 Rating: (1454)	Hi, First at all, check two points: 1 - up to finish the auto tunning, you can't set sRetMode to 3 in your logic. 2 - to pre tunning, you need to give a "big" step in the setpoint (e.g.60% of the setpoint range).
