Place memory in logo v8 which can change its value from the display in order to compare it?

first, thank you for your help, is it possible to place memory in logo v8 which I can change its value from the display in order to compare it with an analog input?

yes exactly as you explain, my analog input it's 0....10V, and the range that I will edit it's 50 to 300 (my SV), and 2 output which I'm gonna use to move up and down my mechanism.
