PLC 115 U (CPU 945) - Connected to IPC/HMI is damaged

Hi,

I am Working On Step-5 PLC 115 U (CPU 945).Actually The Connected IPC/HMI Is Damaged .So Dont Have Original Backup .Need To Find Out Alarm Bits From Logic & Need To Attach New IPC/HMI.

But I am Not Understanding The Logic /Blocks Written in PLC. which Bits/db I have To use For New hmi.

They Given Alarm Management Blocks(fb20,fb21,fx48,fx41) In machine Manual. 

Please Find Attached File For Detail.

please help me to understand Blocks & Logic.

Have you try the reverse engineering from HMI? What device is? Have you an hard drive failure? If is only this, or maybe a  power supply or another simple damage I suggest you to try to repair the hmi and maybe evaluate with more quiet and more time (without the pressure of restart  of production) an reverse engineering for making a new hmi

The Device Is PROVIT 2200 i.e B & R IPC 2001 Series. Actually the hard drive Failure.so there is no way to do reverse engg from HMI. When I start IPC Following condition occur on Display..plzz see attached Photos.
