I'm working with TIA17 update6 and CPU1500. I configured a lots of alarms (at least 25000!) as discrete alarms in WinCC TIA Professional. In the other hand, some alarms are configured by function "Program_Alarm" i.e. PLC Alarms.

Everything is working great except that WinCC looses connection frequently to the CPU. To fix this, I changed "Acquisition cycle" in registry as described in contribution "22269712". By doing so, connection is working properly but PLC alarms are no longer reported to WinCC runtime!

Any ideas?

I'm using 31124 tags with PLC 1515 (6ES7 515-2AM01-0AB0) V2.9.2.

Do you think I need to reduce tags (limit of system)?
